All Obentec products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. During the warranty period we will replace any faulty parts. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. This warranty assumes “normal” use.
Individual replacement parts may be purchased on an “as available“ basis. We make every effort to keep extra forks, spoons, inner containers, and lids on hand for that rare and unfortunate time when one of your pieces ends up down the disposal, in your dog's teeth, or in some unknown place. Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days. Orders received in the morning will generally ship that afternoon. Orders received in the afternoon will generally ship the following day. Slight delays may occur during our busiest seasons: July-September (back to school), April (Earth Day), and November-December (winter holidays.) We encourage you to place your order as early as possible during these times.
We make every effort to keep all products in stock, but items do go on backorder from time to time. Please check the availability of all items before placing your order. If you order a backordered item, please note that your entire order will not ship until the item is back in stock.
Orders within the continental US will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. (Expedited shipping may be selected at the time of order.)
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada will be shipped via the US Postal Service. If you’d like to place an order for delivery outside the US and Canada, you may order from one of our overseas distributors or contact us at www.laptoplunches.com/contact.php for a shipping quote.
All Internet orders must be paid for by credit card, either through our site directly or through PayPal. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To pay by check, please mail your order to the shipping address above.
