Food for Thought: Hemp Seeds

Hemp seeds are a plant based complete protein containing all 10 essential amino acids. They are rich in vitamins and minerals, high in fiber, and a good source of essential fatty acids. Hemp seeds, as part of a daily diet, can reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes. They act as an appetite suppressant so you feel full longer. They can help improve memory, and reduce stress and anxiety. Hemp seeds contain anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidants.
