Preparation Notes
Shake up your lunch routine with this "sandwich," a wonderfully crunchy alternative to your average PB & J.
Prepare a cashew butter and preserves sandwich using a piece of matzo cut in half.
Add the cashews, dried cranberries, and dried pears (or substitute dried fruit of your choice.)
Make a salad with romaine lettuce, sliced fresh fennel, apples, and red onions. Sprinkle lightly with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Air pop a small amount of popcorn and add a handful to one of the medium containers.
