School Fundraisers

If your school or organization is working to improve nutrition and/or reduce lunchtime waste, consider a school fundraiser. Here's how it works:

Click on the appropriate link below to print the PARENT ORDER FORM that you will distribute to participating families. (Includes CA sales tax.) (Not taxable.) Click on the appropriate link below to print the SCHOOL ORDER FORM that you will send to us with payment. (Includes CA sales tax.) (Not taxable.) Click on the appropriate link below for a WORKSHEET that you can use for your calculations. (Includes CA sales tax.) (Not taxable.) Decide whether to print the PRODUCT FLYER for distribution to families. Enlist a parent or staff volunteer to collect orders and payment from participants. Make photocopies of the parent order form and distribute to participants. Collect orders and payment, tally them up, and submit payment to the school. Request a check from the school for the total amount, less the amount your school has earned. Submit the order to Obentec at: Obentec, Inc. School Promotions 849 Almar Avenue, Suite C - 323 Santa Cruz, CA 95066 When your shipment arrives, distribute Laptop Lunches to participants. **Please note that to qualify for this fundraiser, the entire order must be shipped to a single address and paid for with one credit card or check. Minimum order = 20 items.
